At Rareism, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact to be processed.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unwashed and has all original packaging ready for the pickup agent to verify during the collection process.
Package Pickup
A courier partner will be assigned to collect the parcel from your registered delivery address within 3-5 business days of your request.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
